At Buffin Bar, we’re proud to bring our protein-packed snacks to customers around the globe. This International Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, customs, and more for orders outside the United States.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

  • High Volume Periods (e.g., product launches, promotions): Processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

All international orders are shipped from our facility in Ronkonkoma, NY, USA. Delivery timeframes vary based on destination, customs clearance, and local carriers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes upon arrival in your country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Buffin Bar is not responsible for delays or costs related to customs clearance.

Warm Weather Protection (May–September)

To maintain product quality during transit in warmer climates:

  • Orders may include ice packs and thermal insulation.

  • We strongly recommend Expedited Shipping for destinations with longer transit times.

  • Buffin Bar is not liable for melted products if Standard Shipping is selected during warm weather.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at liana@myhummusfit.com.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total weight and dimensions of the order

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method selected

Please note that rates do not include customs or import duties.

Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • Buffin Bar is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Additional shipping fees for returned or undeliverable packages

  • If a package is returned due to an address error, we can reship it at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, email liana@myhummusfit.com within 3 days, including your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

    1. Check with local postal offices and neighbors.

    2. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

    3. Reach out to us for additional help if needed.
